Corpus Christi Mobile Home LevelingIndependent service-request site

How Mobile Home Leveling Service Requests Work

You describe the home and what you are seeing; the request may be shared with a third-party provider; the provider confirms coverage, capability, scheduling, pricing, exclusions, and terms directly with you.

Step one: you describe it

You start by describing the home and what you are seeing, either by phone or through the request form. The information collected is practical: the home type and configuration, the property city, what you are observing from a safe exterior position, access and clearance, timing, and how to reach you. The more specific the description, the better a provider can judge fit.

Step two: the request may be shared

A request may be shared with a third-party provider so that provider can evaluate it. Sharing happens for the purpose of matching your request to someone who may be able to do the work; it is not a guarantee that anyone will take it, and availability is never guaranteed. A request is shared only once it is complete enough for a provider to evaluate, and only so that provider can respond to it.

Step three: the provider confirms

The provider confirms the important things directly with you: identity, coverage for your address, capability for the specific work, availability, scope, price, exclusions, credentials and insurance documentation, and terms. This site does not set those; the provider does, in its own agreement with you.

Because these confirmations come from the provider, this site cannot promise any of them in advance. What this site can do is make sure the request is clear enough that the provider can give you a straight answer on coverage, capability, and terms quickly.

Who contracts and performs the work

The third-party provider contracts with you and performs the work. The provider is responsible for licensing, the Notice of Installation, the written installation warranty, permits, and any agency checks that apply to the job. This site does none of that and holds none of those responsibilities.

Keeping these responsibilities with the provider is deliberate. The provider is the licensed party doing the work, so the licensing record, the required filings, the warranty, and any permits belong with the party that can actually be accountable for them.

Availability, disputes, and corrections

Availability is never guaranteed, and a request being described does not commit anyone to service. A dispute about the work, the price, or the schedule is between you and the provider.
