About This Website and How Service Requests Work
Corpus Christi Mobile Home Leveling is an independent service-request website. It publishes sourced information and may share service requests with a third-party provider; it does not perform the field work.
Who publishes this site
This site is published as Corpus Christi Mobile Home Leveling. It is an independent service-request website for Corpus Christi, Texas and the surrounding Coastal Bend. Its role is to publish sourced, plain-language information and to take service requests, not to perform field work.
What this site does and does not do
This site organizes information and requests. It does not install, re-level, or repair anything. To be candid about it: this site does not own a truck, does not employ a crew, and has never been under your home. When you send a request, it may be shared with a third-party provider, and that provider confirms scope, pricing, and availability directly with you.
The independent service-request role
An independent service-request website sits between an owner who needs work described and a provider who may be able to do it. It is independent in that it is not the contractor and does not speak for any provider; it publishes information, takes requests, and passes them along. The provider, not this site, decides whether to take a job and on what terms.
How this site is compensated
At a high level, this site may be compensated when a request is shared with a provider. That relationship is disclosed rather than hidden, and it does not change the sourcing rules below: a fact is published because it is sourced, not because it helps route a request.
How facts are produced
Facts on this site are produced primary-government-source-first: statutes and administrative rules, TDHCA, HUD, USDA-NRCS, and the City of Corpus Christi come before any secondary material, and consequential claims carry visible review dates. When a fact would require a figure this site cannot source, the reader is routed to the source instead of being given an invented number. Where a figure decays over time, such as a fee or a rule, it carries a visible review date so you can see when it was last checked against the source. You can read the full approach on the editorial and source standards page, and how a request moves through the site on the how service requests work page.
What this site will not fabricate
This site does not invent addresses, crews, equipment, customer reviews, completed projects, licenses, or availability. It does not claim local experience it does not have. Those rules are absolute: anything presented as fact is either sourced or routed to its source.
Corrections and complaints
To submit a correction about anything on this site, use the contact page. For a manufactured-housing consumer complaint about work or a provider, TDHCA's Manufactured Housing Division accepts complaints at 877-313-3023 and through its consumer complaints and enforcement page.
